The Grand Mercure Hotel is a modern addition to Lampung's cityscape, with 347 room-keys. Situated in the heart of Lampung, this development comprises a striking 35-story tower with a four-level underground section and an impressive ten-level podium. The entire project spans across a generous area of approximately 85,786 square meters.
The structural framework of this architectural marvel features a robust core wall made of reinforced concrete, complemented by seismic moment frames for stability and safety. Within the ten-level podium, guests can enjoy a range of amenities, such as a luxurious pool, a rejuvenating spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, exquisite dining options, and a capacious ballroom for grand events. Notably, prestressed concrete has been ingeniously employed to support a remarkable 32-meter-long beam that spans gracefully above the ballroom, adding both style and structural integrity to the design.
