WKC is pleased to announce its latest hospitality project, Hyatt Place Semarang, developed by PT Prakasita Agung Mandiri and designed by renowned architect Mr. Budiman Hendropurnomo of DCM Jakarta.
Strategically located near the entrance of Pearl of Java, Semarang, the hotel occupies a 10,011 m² site along the coastline, bringing together contemporary architecture, lifestyle, and the relaxing atmosphere of a coastal resort.
Designed with a vision that goes beyond functionality, Hyatt Place Semarang embraces a distinctive architectural concept that combines modern hospitality, environmental awareness, and a welcoming atmosphere. The development aims to create a unique destination for travelers who appreciate thoughtful design, comfort, and a meaningful connection with their surroundings.
The seven-story hotel will feature 154 guest rooms, with the first two floors dedicated to service and supporting facilities, and guest accommodations occupying the third through sixth floors.
The seventh floor will offer a distinctive leisure experience, featuring a fitness center, swimming pool, and rooftop bar with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Java Sea. This elevated space is designed for guests to unwind, socialize, and enjoy the coastal surroundings.
