RA Suites Simatupang is a respected project designed by Budiman Hendropurnomo from DCM Jakarta. Wijaya Kusuma Contractors (WKC) is responsible for its construction. WKC has worked with Budiman on about 15 projects, showing a solid partnership. This project had unique challenges because of its location at a busy intersection, which required careful planning for concrete deliveries. We also had to protect a nearby luxury car dealership during construction.
The project covers nearly 34,000 square meters, with 16 floors and three basements. It will include 203 rooms, restaurants and lounges, a large ballroom, meeting spaces, a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a fitness center. WKC is also working on another hotel project in Labuan Bajo designed by DCM for the same owner, enhancing their collaboration in high-end hospitality projects.
