 Building for Better Healthcare

Located in Solo Baru, Central Java, Dr. OEN Solo Baru Hospital is undergoing its seventh phase of development to further strengthen its healthcare facilities and services. Developed by Yayasan Kesehatan Panti Kosala, the project comprises eight buildings of up to four storeys each, with a total floor area of approximately 27,903 m², situated within the hospital's expansive 112,471 m² site. The development includes new outpatient facilities, service and administration buildings, and additional parking facilities, with completion scheduled for 2027.

Recognized for its distinctive Garden Hospital concept, Dr. OEN Solo Baru Hospital combines modern healthcare facilities with a peaceful, green environment designed to promote patient comfort and well-being. The second phase of the project will focus on enhancing and revitalizing the façades of the existing buildings, introducing a fresh, contemporary architectural appearance while maintaining harmony with the hospital's established surroundings. As the main contractor, WKC brings its technical expertise and experience in healthcare construction to this development, with particular attention to construction quality, safety, and coordination within an operational hospital environment.
