In 2018, Wijaya Kusuma Contractors finished a significant project for Summarecon in Gading Serpong. The project included four apartment towers, each with 38 floors, connected by a podium that offers amenities for residents. There are 1,130 high-end apartments covering over 112,000 square meters of floor space. The podium links the towers and provides necessary facilities that help create a strong community. There is also a basement level for parking and utilities, which adds convenience.
We want to thank Mr. Soegianto Nagaria, the owner of Summarecon, and Ms. Lilis Yamin, the Project Director at that time and now an Independent Commissioner, along with the entire Summarecon project team. Their trust in Wijaya Kusuma Contractors was crucial for the success of this project. The structural design, done by Davy Sukamta and Partners, ensured the towers were attractive and sturdy. This project shows our ability to manage complex residential developments with multiple towers, and we are proud to have contributed to the skyline of Gading Serpong.
