In 2023, Wijaya Kusuma Contractors completed a 16,747 m² Design and Build manufacturing facility for Apparel One Indonesia (Binabusana Internusa Group) in Semarang. Built with precision flat flooring to meet strict industrial standards, the project reflects a successful collaboration with CEO Daniel Tirta Kristiadi, Cecilia Hasan, and the leadership team.
Located on the Semarang coast, the factory blends sustainable innovation with flood-resilient architecture. Elevated to withstand rising sea levels, the facility features passive solar design, natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting, solar power, and expansive green spaces. We are proud to have delivered this eco-conscious, self-sustaining facility and look forward to building Apparel One's next expansion.
