We played a key role in building Rich Valley Indonesia's largest factory in Cikancung, Bandung, which was finished in 2022. The factory covers 61,896 square meters and has 11 warehouses, each 4,000 square meters. We needed flat floors for efficient warehouse operations. The project also included 11 supporting buildings for offices, a large cafeteria for 2,000 workers, powerhouses, and other essential facilities. Additionally, we built two large parking areas for motorcycles.
This project required careful planning, sourcing materials, and managing workers. It was divided into two contracts, so coordinating everything was crucial to finishing on time. Our experience with flat floor construction and large industrial sites and our commitment to quality helped make this project a success.
