The construction of BINUS UNIVERSITY Dago faced unique challenges because of the steep terrain. This affected how we planned and carried out the project. Our engineering and bidding teams worked closely to create specific methods to address these issues. The building covers 5,811 square meters and has eight stories. It fits nicely into the landscape and is surrounded by two hectares of beautifully designed outdoor space.
We used advanced simulation techniques to spot potential obstacles in delivering materials and carrying out different construction phases. This proactive approach helped us manage logistics better, ensuring we could access the site on time and reduce disruptions. Our team's ability to predict and solve problems improved our efficiency and kept our construction schedule on track.
