Wijaya Kusuma Contractors is excited to work on a new project with Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS), set to finish in 2025—seven months earlier than planned. This success shows our firm commitment to completing the project, even with the challenges we faced. We appreciate the support from JIS Head of School Maya Nelson, Chair Phil Rickard, the Board of Trustees, school administrators, and the dedicated JIS Project Team, who helped make this vision a reality.
One challenge we encountered was installing a new chiller system for air conditioning in the existing building. This task required careful planning to integrate smoothly without interrupting school activities. Safety was our top priority, and we worked to keep other school facilities open and fully functional for teachers, students, and parents throughout the year. Our commitment to safety and efficiency while finishing the project ahead of schedule reflects WKC’s dedication to high-quality construction and project management.
