We completed the new medical facility at UNIKA Soegijapranata in BSB City, Semarang, on time, and the owner is thrilled with our work. The building covers nearly 11,600 square meters across seven floors and has received Gold Certification from the Green Building of Indonesia for its eco-friendly design. It uses natural light to save energy, has good air circulation, and includes water treatment systems.
The facility features modern medical labs, classrooms, and support areas, which will significantly improve medical education at UNIKA Soegijapranata. This project shows our commitment to high-quality, environmentally friendly construction delivered on schedule.
