In 2016, Wijaya Kusuma Contractors (WKC) completed the Binus International Vida Bekasi construction. This building has a unique design by architect Andra Matin. This project marked WKC's first collaboration with the Bina Nusantara Group, leading to a long-term partnership. This partnership resulted in more projects, including BINUS University in Semarang and BINUS University in Dago Bandung, both designed by Budiman Hendropurnomo from DCM Jakarta.
The building features open spaces, natural light, and creative structures, reflecting a modern approach to education. WKC focused on creating a high-quality facility for Binus International.
Completing this project in 2016 enhanced WKC's reputation for managing complex building projects. It also helped them establish strong relationships with respected institutions like the Bina Nusantara Group. This partnership led to more opportunities, including the construction of BINUS University campuses in Semarang and Dago Bandung, which showcase Budiman Hendropurnomo's designs.
